Graham Charters works at IBM's development lab in Hursley, England. He is leading IBM's efforts on the definition and development of Service Data Objects for PHP. His current interests are in the relationships between open source technologies, such as those of LAMP, and the IBM WebSphere platform. Past roles have included WebSphere Application Server development, and architecture responsibilities in WebSphere Business Integration, and Adapters. Graham holds degrees in Computer Science, Numerical Analysis, and Machine Vision, all from the University of Manchester, England.

Patrick Gaumond occupe le poste de conseiller en technologie web à la Direction des affaires publiques de l'Université Laval à Québec. Au cours des douze dernières années il a participé à l'élaborations de multiples applications web, au démarrage d'une compagnie à Paris et à la mise en place de plusieurs sites web.

Depuis 2003 il participe à la promotion du SGC TYPO3 au Québec en ayant, entre autres, organisé une journée sur les SGC pour le gouvernement du Québec auquel participait les créateurs de TYPO3 et de Tikiwiki. Depuis sa mise en place en 2005, Patrick est responsable du groupe d'intérêt TYPO3-Québec qui se réunit sur une base mensuelle. Il a récemment joint l'équipe des webmestres de typo3.org, la référence officielle pour tous les intégrateurs et les développeurs TYPO3.

Patrick Gaumond est un excellent vulgarisateur ayant déjà fait des dizaines de présentations TYPO3 en plus d'animer des soirées thématiques au Club Macintosh de Québec dans les années 90. C'est un passionné et non seulement est-il un ambassadeur de TYPO3 au Québec, il est également un amoureux de sa ville, de sa femme et de ses deux enfants.

Toutes ces applications ont des liens avec des bases de données très variées (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase) mais également vers des SI externes tel que SAP.

Mike Potter has been developing Web sites and Web applications for More than eight years. He has extensive experience with PHP, having created the Web site for the largest amateur sporting organization in Canada, the Canadian Curling Association. After developing that site, he went to work for OEone, where he helped build a Linux based desktop that ran inside the Mozilla Web browser and ran the Mozilla Calendar Project. Mike joined Adobe in 2005 and is now a working in Developer Relations. Mike has presented at numerous user groups and conferences, including the Ottawa Linux user group, the Boston PHP user group and the Zend PHP Conference in 2006.

Robert Richards is currently the IT Development Manager for Local Thunder, an application service provider assisting broadcast and print media companies in developing and deploying localization revenue and brand strategies on the Internet. Prior to this, he worked as an independent contractor for a number of years developing software in numerous fields including Telecommunications, Medical and Insurance. He is a one of the authors and maintainers of a number of the XML extensions in PHP as well as one of the maintainers of the libxml2 library for the Gnome project.
